Finally,
the Ugandan president has signed the Anti-Gay Bill. I congratulate him for one
thing- at least not fearing the voice of the US president’s threat to withdraw
his support if he signed the bill. However, according to my views, why should
gays be prosecuted? I mean, how does someone being gay affect you? Is it really
the best thing to do?
On the
contrary, I quote what the Zimbabwean president uttered to the US president
that if he wants homosexuality to be legalized in Zimbabwe, then he should
allow to be married by him. I mean, when will the western diplomats quit
telling us what to do and what not to do?
As the
African rule of the land dictates, homosexuality and other related behaviors
have never been accepted and will never. Neo0colonialism is passed by time and
since we are now independent, we should be allowed to run our own affairs
without interruption.
