Not again, another student from KU is dead. This happened in
less that 24hours ago in Kahawa Wendani; the student was killed together with
other two including a guard at a private apartment, they were killed in cold
blood. This is barely a month after another one died though she was totally
drunk.
The big
question is, who is really responsible for this and who is to blame. At times,
I tend to think it’s the students who are messing up. If you take for example
that latest incident, you would really wonder what one would be doing outdoors
at 3.00AM. Well, someone would answer me and say that there are parties and all
that.

The security measures must be taken upon ourselves before we
start pointing fingers at the police and the government. However, police too
should do their work effectively and apartment owners should make a point of
monitoring who visits the apartments.
I
however send my sincere condolences to the three who lost their lives and their
families.
